[cmucl-imp] ignore-errors for missing foreign functions

It would be great if you could file an issue for this at
https://gitlab.common-lisp.net/cmucl/cmucl/issues.

Then it won't get lost.  If you can't, that's ok.  I'll try to fill out an
issue.

It will take me a couple days to get around to looking at this.
