[cmucl-imp] Upcoming changes to website

Now that gitlab.common-lisp.net supports gitlab pages, I'd like to
take advantage of that so that when changes are pushed to the cmucl
website, the html pages are automatically generated.

The first step was renaming the git repo from cmucl-www to
cmucl-site.  You will need to make a new clone or change the remote
for your existing website.

For gitlab to be able to serve the site, the public_html directory
will need to be moved.  Anyone who mirrors the webpages and download
directory will have to make some changes.  If you use rsync to get
these, you'll need to change the path.

However, the path hasn't been set up yet; I'll let you know what the
new path is once it's been decided.

With these changes, I hope to keep the web site a bit more
up-to-date.  Of course, the cmucl wiki is still the best place for the
most up-to-date info.

Hope this doesn't cause too much disruption, especially for those
managing mirrors.
