Just in time for President's Day, the February snapshot has been tagged. Major changes are some important fixes dealing with handling of floating-point exceptions. I think these are cleaned up and behave better now on x86. Also, a few docstrings were updated with more information. Binaries will be uploaded soon. -- Ray
