[cmucl-imp] Snapshot 2013-05

Just in time for Mother's day (for those geeking Mom's everywhere), we
have yet another snapshot in a long line of monthly snapshots.

Only a few changes this month since the April snapshot was delayed for
quite some time:

* Clean ups of the Config file and removal of some outdated and unused
  Configs.
* Some speed ups in gencgc on most platforms.
