[cmucl-imp] Happy Halloween snapshot

The Happy Halloween snapshot has been tagged (snapshot-2010-11).

This snapshot requires a cross-compile because some changes in the
fd-stream structure.  You can just use the normal cross-build-world
procedure.  Nothing special required.

This also fixes a scary critical bug in sse2 support where (realpart
(aref <complex-array> n)) always returned 0 in certain situations.  Same
bug for imagpart.  (I'm debating whether to provide a patch for this for
20b.)
