Failing on load-foreign function

Don't know what's going on here.  I tried 19b on my SuSE box, and
load-foreign worked just fine.

You don't need to set up another box just to try 20a.  Download the 20a
binaries from common-lisp.net, extract them somewhere, and just run it.
 That's what I did to try out the 19b binary.
